Spartan AI provides advanced artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to:
Generative text and image processing.

Custom API integrations for enterprise workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify Spartan AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 Ownership of the Service
Spartan AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spartan AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4.2 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the input data you provide to the Service. By using Spartan AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
4.3 Output Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in a premium enterprise agreement, you own the rights to the outputs generated by Spartan AI based on your inputs, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to use Spartan AI for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:
Illegal Content: Generating or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence.
Infringement: Using the Service to violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Malware: Uploading viruses or malicious code designed to disrupt the Service.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of Spartan AI.
Automated Scraping: Using bots or scripts to scrape data from the platform without authorization.
6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
6.1 Subscription Tiers
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Service as described on our pricing page.
6.2 Refunds
Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
7. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Spartan AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Any content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Spartan AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the AI outputs. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
